How to Order?
On each product page, you’ll find various product options that are specific to the product and represent its available features. Since each product on our website may have unique options, please make all your selections as the price will be based on these chosen options.
When submitting your order, either during the checkout process or in the shopping cart, you’ll have the opportunity to upload your artwork. If the artwork guidelines are too complex for you to understand (as not everyone is a designer), we recommend using a free third-party online design platform. Details for this will be provided in an email after you submit your order (once we know the specific product you need). If you proceed without fully understanding the artwork guidelines and use your own print files, unexpected results can occur, and you will be responsible for them.
For security reasons, we currently do not offer online payment methods. After order confirmation, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please make payment promptly, as customized print projects cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue (returns are possible for non-customized products; refer to terms and conditions).
If your artwork is not suitable for printing, you will receive an email notification and will need to upload a new one. Please note that if you do not upload your artwork correctly, mistakes can happen, and it’s your responsibility to ensure the data we receive is correct. We will proof your artwork up to 3 times before we have to charge you an hourly rate for proofing. This is because all artwork sent to us should be print-ready and signed off already. However, we do understand that mistakes can be noticed at the last minute. Three proofs should be sufficient to ensure the artwork is correct.
Once production is completed, we will either arrange for shipment or notify you via email to schedule a local pickup. We provide a 24/7 pickup service to accommodate all customers, but it’s important to schedule your pickup in advance. Please note that without a prior appointment, we cannot guarantee local pickup availability.
We provide a comprehensive after-sales service process. If you encounter any issues with our products, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly address your concerns. This commitment to customer satisfaction has been the cornerstone of our business, and we have never relied on paid advertising. Instead, our survival is based on the quality of our service and word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied customers.

he design should have a 1mm clearance from the edge of the stamp plate.
Open Data formats (Word, Excel, Powerpoint): Save as PDF and upload PDF in our graphics upload.
Image resolution
A resolution of 600 dpi is ideal for a stamp graphic. We can also process artwork with a lower resolution, but this can lead to a loss of quality (roundings may appear angular or pixelated).
Font size
Our recommendation for most fonts is a minimum of 7pt.
In order to guarantee an exact stamp imprint, your texts should not be smaller than 7 points (reference size Arial 7pt). Avoid Light and decorative fonts with very fine lines.
Line width
For stand-alone lines we recommend a minimum thickness of 0.75pt or approx. 0.3mm. We can produce thinner lines, but these stamp imprints may be unclear or not may not show at all.
Filled areas
Please note that for technical reasons, large printing areas on stamps do not always colour 100% of the area. The imprint will have a classic ‘stamp look’. Therefore, avoid large areas and inverse graphics when designing your stamp.

JustPrintShop is committed to protecting your privacy. By using the JustPrintShop website (“Site”), you are agreeing to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Visitor Information
The JustPrintShop web server uses an extended log file format which captures date and time of visit, referring address (location from which a visitor comes to the Site), type of Internet browser, and visitor’s IP address. Each computer that connects to the Internet is assigned a unique number, an IP address, for identification purposes. The log file does not capture a visitor’s email address.
Personal and Business Information
Certain areas of the Site ask for personal information (such as your name, address, email address and telephone number) and business information (such as business name, address and telephone number). JustPrintShop only collects personal and business information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you make a purchase or request a quote. You have the ability to access and change the personal and business information which you have provided to JustPrintShop by use of the appropriate features on the Site.
The Site is not intended for use by children. JustPrintShop will not knowingly collect any personal information from visitors to the Site who are under the age of 13.
Financial Information
When you make a purchase on the Site, we will not request that you provide any financial information, such as account or credit card numbers
Use of Information
The information collected on the Site is used to process requests, to fulfil orders, for customer service, to market and improve JustPrintShop products aJustPrintShopnd services, to customize your experience on the Site, and to contact you with updates to the Site and other information. For example, JustPrintShop uses a third party delivery company to deliver orders, and a credit card processing company to charge users for goods and services. If JustPrintShop is sold to or merges with another company, or if we declare bankruptcy, some or all of the information collected from you may be transferred to a third party as a result of the transfer of assets. 9. Shipping
JustPrintShop will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost. JustPrintShop will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.
10. Cancellations and Refunds:
JustPrintShop will not refund any money for the orders that were shipped or were cancelled after the order was being processed. In case the order is cancelled after the proof has been requested (prior to issuing to production) to be approved, a $50 admin fee will be applicable.
11. Returns (customized products)
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within seven (7) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandle by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
